Alicia Keys’ “As I Am” continues to dominate The Billboard 200, topping the chart for a third non-consecutive week. The J records album sold 61,000 copies in the United States, according to Nielsen SoundScan, a 14% sales drop from the week previous Clumsy is a song written by Fergie, Will.i.am and Bobby Troup for pop singer Fergie’s debut solo album titled The Dutchess. The song (which samples Little Richard’s “The Girl Can’t Help It”) was released as the album’s 5th single. Clumsy is currently at #5 in the U.S. on the Billboard Hot 100, making it the 5th top-five single from Fergie’s… Alicia Keys’ As I Am stays on top of the Billboard Top 200 albumn chart for a third non-consecutive week. While Rollingstone and Billboard have created their own list of what they think is the best songs of 2007, we at Flamingbaby don’t find the crap that they list as real music, so without further ado here is our list. The J Records effort moved 70,000 copies in the U.S., according to Nielsen SoundScan, a 38% sales slip from the week previous. It topped the chart, too, when it debuted nine weeks ago.
