Bamboo Blade (バンブーブレード) is about a kendo club of women and a funny irresponsible sensei that made a bet over 1 year of free sushi. To know more about this and much more visit http://nipponmedia.net Thanks to the innovation of the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s Food Science Club, consumers may one day follow a course of sushi not with sake, but with espresso or a latte.That’s because the sushi developed by students isn’t made of fish, but of fruit. Our hero misses the opening of The Men’s Club – Las Vegas’ new late night house music & sushi after hours club industry party, “Plan B,” due to prior commitments and formidable desert winds! Coming from So-Cal where more than 1/2 of the “Japanese” restaurants are actually Korean and Chinese owned I have started to see the slips in authenticity and “quality control” that the Japanese are getting concerned about in “Japanese” restaurants outside of their country. Looks as though there’s a new club you gotta join if you want to be legit. Molly Ringwald’s character sushi lunch in Breakfast Club was oh-so-stylish in The Breakfast Club, but that was so 1985. Now that sushi is mainstream it’s time for a sophisticated lesson in kaiseki.
